Kindly note that Tajik citizens travelling from Dubai to Dushanbe must be registered. Therefore, please apply for registration at the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Tajikistan in the UAE.

Citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan holding the necessary documents to enter to the territory of the United Arab Emirates (working visa, approved reply of Permit electronic program, Emirates ID Card) as well as the certificate showing negative result of Covid-19 test issued not earlier than 72 hours before the flight, can travel on this Dushanbe – Dubai service. Also, citizens of foreign states holding the necessary documents to enter to, or transit into the territory of the UAE can travel on this flight.

We inform you that on July 17, 2020 from Dushanbe-Istanbul and return a charter flight is scheduled. Tajik citizens will have the opportunity to expatriate from Turkey. Kindly note that Tajik citizens travelling from Istanbul to Dushanbe must be registered. Therefore, please apply for registration at the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Tajikistan in Turkey. Foreign citizens wish to travel on this service must have a permit issued by a Tajik mission to enter into the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. According to Istanbul airport requirements, passengers’ hand luggage is limited to a laptop, for ladies a handbag, and for children a small child bag. All other items must be checked in. Thus, the baggage allowance in the direction of Istanbul-Dushanbe may be 27 kg.

Citizens holding the necessary documents to enter into the territory of Turkey, including a valid visa (if required), medical insurance for the period of stay (insurance is welcome), can travel Dushanbe-Istanbul service. All transit passengers must have respective documents for transit in Istanbul including an entry permit of, and valid tickets to the country of their final destination.

All passengers are required to wear face masks and disposable gloves at the airport and on board. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, all passengers must pass a Covid-19 symptom test and fill in a 'passenger locator' form. If the Covid-19 test is positive, the passenger receives locale treatment at their own expense or at the expense of the medical insurance company.

We inform you that on July 28, from Dushanbe-Frankfurt and return a charter flight is scheduled. Tajik citizens will have the opportunity to expatriate from Germany. Kindly note that Tajik citizens travelling from Frankfurt to Dushanbe must be registered. Therefore, please apply for registration at the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Tajikistan in European countries and the United States.

Those wishing to take a flight from Dushanbe to Frankfurt must be registered at the German Embassy in Tajikistan. Somon Air will then issue tickets based on a list published by the German Embassy in the Republic of Tajikistan.

Departure time from Dushanbe is 06:00h, from Frankfurt - 11:30h local time.

Attention! All passengers are required to wear masks and disposable gloves at the airport and on board. Passengers with temperature or symptoms of illness will not to be permitted aboard. After the arrival at Dushanbe airport all passengers (except of diplomatic corps members, international organizations with a special status, and Governmental guests) to be tested of Covid-19 and kept in the quarantine until the results are determined. Passengers with positive results will be kept in quarantine for 14 days and undergo treatment. Passengers holding negative test results issued not earlier than 48 hours before arrival in Tajikistan to be free admitted to move within the country. However, they must register themselves by the local health care institution and be in self-isolation for 14 days under the supervision of physicians.

Kindly note that Tajik citizens travelling from Istanbul to Dushanbe must be registered. Therefore, please apply for registration at the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Tajikistan in Turkey.

According to Istanbul airport requirements, passengers’ hand luggage is limited to a laptop, for ladies a handbag, and for children a small child bag. All other items must be checked in. The baggage allowance in the direction of Istanbul-Dushanbe is 20 kg. Please note that there is limited baggage space due to high load. Therefore Somon Air regrets not to be able to accept excess baggage.

As no transfer of baggage is possible, we kindly ask you to register your baggage to Frankfurt only, and collect there. Please bring your baggage to the Somon Air check-in counter at Frankfurt Airport Terminal 2, where it will be checked in for the flight to Dushanbe. Please note that Somon Air is responsible only for checked in baggage for the Frankfurt-Dushanbe route.
