Requirements for candidates:

• Higher or secondary vocational education (aviation, technical, navigation, or air traffic management)
• At least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry
• Valid Flight Dispatcher / Flight Operations Officer certificate or license
• Skills in flight planning, weather analysis, calculation of takeoff and landing performance, operation of navigation and meteorological systems, monitoring aircraft performance, and decision-making in non-standard situations
• Proficiency in the state language, Russian, and English
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
• Preference will be given to candidates with aviation industry experience and relevant aviation certificates
• Knowledge of national history and culture, the Constitution, and the Air Code of the Republic of Tajikistan
